By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

✔ You are purchasing voluntarily and understand that no refunds will be provided;

✔ No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

Exceptions Only If Specified

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment reversal after purchasing a Service, you agree that:

✔ Such action is a breach of these Terms;

✔ You will forfeit access to the Services immediately;

✔ You may be responsible for any fees, costs, and legal remedies pursued by Elamir Wellness.

Termination of access for any reason, including breach of these Terms or improper behavior, does not entitle you to any refund or credit.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without giving effect to its conflict of laws rules.

The state and federal courts nearest to Milwaukee, Wisconsin shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to the Website Policies, the Website, or the Services. By using this Website, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of those courts, consent irrevocably to personal jurisdiction, and waive any defense of forum non conveniens.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect, and the invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
